Withdraw from a purchase

If you bought a work as a consumer, by Buy Now or in an online auction, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form, check it, then press Confirm withdrawal. Sending it before the 14 days are up is enough.

You’ll find the order reference in your confirmation email. We confirm receipt by email straight away and refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days; we may wait until the work is back with us or you send proof of posting. See the withdrawal information and model form and our terms.
